You must report a crash to the police when it has happened on a road or carpark and where:-

-bodily harm was a result of  the crash
-if the damages that have occurred to all involved exceeds $3000
-when the owner of damaged property is not there on at the scene.

Injuries that are sustained during the crash incident need to be reported to the Insurance commission of WA.

You can report traffic crashes and injury claims online using the WA Government’s Online Crash Reporting form found here- https://www.crashreport.com.au/ocrf/
